Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak I do have a microphone, currently waiting on getting my headset back, but i can hear what people say and i type back for responses.
When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: Got bored a few days ago after closing down a server and found this one and been playing on it anytime i get a chance too and also afk on it.
How often do you use our forums: first time as i had to make a template/ aka this application.
State all your previous OOC punishments ( bans, kicks etc. ) and a screenshot of your list of warns. ( Go in game and type !warns. Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link ). Your game time must be visible as well in the screenshot. Type utime_enable 1 if you can not see it on your screen. )
I do not have any OOC punishments as there never any staff one but one admin i saw for the first time and i help him make money, i think he or she the only admin.
Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? well the rules are work in progress so i follow the basic rules every server normally has.

VenomRP - Staff Manager (Owner let staff member abuse for a video and server went down hill from there)
EclipseRP - Co-Owner/Head Manager (Owner abuse a lot and you can tell what happens from that)
InsanityRP -Head Admin (Owner started working on a FiveM server and stop supporting gmod)
FearlessGamingRP - Developer (Owner didn't like the way the server was going, by positive way and wanted more income flow by the shop)
AtomicRP - Trial-Mod/Mod/Admin (Got kick out and perma banned by exposing the higherups of their abusive powers and childish acts)
